All DI employees are provided a laptop computer with the most-up-to-date operating system and software pre-installed. As a Microsoft Certified Partner and Small Business Specialist, DI stays on the cutting edge with software updates through Microsoft Corporation. We also provide our associates with a cellular phone and home internet allowance -- providing you with the ability to telecommute as seen fit.
Medical and Dental Benefits
We offer comprehensive medical and dental benefits to all of our employees. We pay 75% of the monthly healthcare expense for every employee.
Short and Long Term Disability
DI offers, an no additional expensive to its employees, enrollment in the firm's ST and LT disability insurance program.
Life Insurance Policy
Each associate is provided with a life insurance policy through the company to protect their assets and family in the event of unexpected death. The basic term life insurance coverage is dependent on your salary at time of death. The minimum payout is $15,000 while the maximum payout is $60,000. DI is currently in the process of securing this life insurance policy for all new employees.
Bonus Potential
Outstanding employees are awarded with a discretionary year-end bonus. Bi-yearly performance reviews with defined bonus objectives and career advancement incentives are defined after joining the company.
