Continuous Improvement

The concept of continuous improvement was first introduced to a founding member of Dynamic Integrations while he was taking an operations class at Penn State University. According to the ISO standard, continuous improvement can be done either incrementally (small steps) or by quantum leaps - also known as breakthrough opportunities. We believe in both. On a day-to-day basis, we expect our employees to continuously hone their skill sets through research and training offered through DynamicTech. In an incremental fashion, our employees grow their skill sets and master the technologies in which we specialize.
